Billing Questions

Our goal is a good product at a fair price.

If you have a concern or question about your bill, we expect to hear from you immediately. Please do not wait until we call to collect on the invoice (after 30 days).

If you have ANY questions about your bill, concerns about errors on your bill, or additions/deletions to services listed on your bill, please contact us within 15 days of receipt of invoice.

CWS makes every effort to provide error-free billing. If an error is made, we will correct it immediately.
