FTP Login Errors and Support

If you receive an error when logging on to your FTP site, send an e-mail with your name, domain name, error message, FTP access name and password to support@getcws.com. If you have overwritten files on your site, FTP support can be scheduled during business hours at the rate of $50 per hour.
